Thanks to funding from the Maine Office of Tourism, regional partners Main Street Skowhegan, the Central Maine Growth Council, and the Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce are working with firms CSL International and Garrand Moehlenkamp to develop a destination development plan and brand strategy for the Skowhegan/Waterville area.
